  • Typical Single-Carrier W-CDMA Performance: VDD = 28 Volts, IDQ1 = 106 mA, IDQ2 = 285 mA, Pout = 3.2 Watts Avg., IQ Magnitude Clipping, Channel Bandwidth = 3.84 MHz, Input Signal PAR = 7.5 dB @ 0.01% Probability on CCDF.
  • Capable of Handling 10:1 VSWR, @ 32 Vdc, 940 MHz, 48 Watts CW Output Power (3 dB Input Overdrive from Rated Pout)
  • Stable into a 5:1 VSWR. All Spurs Below –60 dBc @ 1 mW to 30 Watts CW Pout.
  • Typical Pout @ 1 dB Compression Point 31 Watts CW, IDQ1 = 40 mA, IDQ2 = 340 mA
