The RF1450 is a single-pole four-throw (SP4T) high power switch specially designed to handle GSM power applications. Excellent linearity performance achieved by the RF1450 makes it ideal for multimode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA applications. Additionally RF1450 includes integrated decoding logic allowing just two control lines needed for switch control. The RF1450 is packaged in a very compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.6mm 16-pin leadless QFN package.
