Atmel 16-Mb in-system programmable configuration PROM provides easy-to-use, cost-effective configuration memory for FPGAs. It comes in 8-lead LAP, 20-lead PLCC, and 44-lead TQFP packages. This PROM can configure one or more FPGA devices using a simple serial-access procedure. It can be programmed with industry-standard programmers, the Atmel ATDH2200E programming kit, or the Atmel ATDH2225 ISP cable.
