The SKY73010 is a monolithic, integrated quadrature modulator for direct modulation of high frequency AM, PM, or compound carriers. A SiGe BiCMOS process is used to offer excellent linearity, noise floor, and carrier suppression performance. Please note: SKY73010-21 is being discontinued and is not recommended for new design.
