The PE42662 is a HaRP?-enhanced SP6T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS? process technology. It addresses the specific design needs of the 3G Front-End Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/WCDMA handsets. The switch is comprised of six transmit ports that can be freely configured as any combination of transmit/receive ports for GSM, EDGE and WCDMA. An on-chip CMOS decode logic facilitates three-pin low voltage CMOS control and low-power standby state. High ESD tolerance of 4000 V at ANT port, no blocking capacitor requirements, and on-chip SAW filter overvoltage protection devices give this switch excellent integration and ruggedness. Peregrine?s HaRP? technology enhancements deliver high linearity and excellent harmonics performance with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
